Alexbank Egypt is looking for Digical Enterprise Officer
Job Purpose
Monitor performance of Current Corporate Banking Services.
Implement the new Digical Legal Entities project.
Increase Volume of Transactions conducted on Corporate Internet Banking.
Enhance customer experience.
Understand the market situation and availability of new technology, conduct market
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Manage implementation of Digical Legal Entities project.
Develop detailed project development plan, track and monitor project progress.
Ensure effective implementation of new services / initiatives and perform post-implementation review after launch.
Work closely with segment and product managers to prepare user requirements with the best market practice and excellent customer experience.
Understand the market situation and availability of new technology, conduct market analysis and propose enhancement recommendations for management’s decision.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve target project results.
Interface with third-party service providers.
Lead outage management by controlling the situation, working with vendors and engaging others needed to communicate outage situations. This includes being available off hours if outages occur. Resolve issues and problems by conferring with staff, management and other internal departments, and outside contacts as necessary
Manage and review daily projects, upgrades and system change notifications related to electronic banking Digical enterprise.
Oversee all aspects of vendor management, reviewing service levels and handling issues as they emerge.
Provide status reports and recommendations to Management.
Ensure all audit requirements are met.
Review and analyze monthly billing statements.
Monitor service performance and adherence to service levels.
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a related position.
Experienced in corporate internet banking.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
