Segment Assistant Manager – Mass Retail & Products

Alexbank Egypt is looking for a Segment Assistant Manager – Mass Retail & Products

Duties and Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

  • Partner with products teams to identify key drivers and mechanics for an effective customer story board that includes onboarding, retention, and cross-selling activities.

  • Identify customer segments for targeted marketing programs and work cross functionally with remaining stakeholders in planning customer offers and incentive programs to deliver ROI-positive results.

  • Effectively translate analytics into clear insights and actionable recommendations.

  • Development & maintenance of the customer contact strategy including targeting & opportunity identification.

  • Provide recommendations to improve communication output effectiveness.

  • Working cross functionally to support the delivery of CRM activities (monthly up-sell / cross-sell campaigns).

  • Define and develop sales campaigns for the segment, targeting both existing and potential clients.

  • Monitoring segment performance based on the preset KPIs & report to management.


Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in products management.

  • 3-5 years of banking experience.

  • Excellent English language.

  • Customer oriented .
