The Arab Bank is currently looking for a Branches Operations Support Officer who will be responsible for the following tasks
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Monitoring the transactions / operations assigned to him, and ensuring branch adherence to Policy and procedures.
Assist in managing the effectiveness of operations and control procedures in the branch and take the necessary corrective actions in coordination with Operation manager for an error-free transactions and minimization of risk.
Check and validate transactions as per the granted authorities to ensure that work is error-free and adheres to Policy and procedures.
Check / sign various requests.
Validate ECC reports.
Handel safe deposit and cheque deposit boxes visit.
Assist OM by carry out periodic checking and count on vaults, ATM cash, and custody items in his/her branch and other branches assigned to him/her.
Carry out any task requested by OM.
Report the status of branch operations and control activities to OM to ensure all raised issues are properly followed up.
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree in business administration or finance from a recognized university
