Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

• Define and maintain the rules for feeding governance systems in conjunction with the other actors in the process of Data Governance.

• Define the model and the internal regulations related to data management.

• Support the data technology in the definition of the architecture and in the IT strategy in terms of data.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Business Analysis, Data Analysis and Analytics, Data Modeling, UML and Business Intelligence.

اخصائى تمويل

• اجتذاب عملاء جدد وتحقيق المستهدف من محفة المشروعات متناهية الصغر

• الاستعلام الجيد عن العملاء قبل زيارتهم بغرض المعرفة الجيدة عن سمعة وشهرة العميل

• تقييم العميل من ناحية قيمة القرض الذى يستحقه (القادر على سداده مع الاخذ في الاعتبار طبيعة عمله ) وذلك بغرض عدم دخول العميل لمرحلة التعثر وعدم سداد المستحق عليه من اقسط متأخرة

• زيارة العملاء المتأخرين لحثهم على سداد الأقساط المتأخرة وفى حالة عدم السداد يتم اعداد تقرير بأسباب التأخير ورفعه للرئيس المباشر

• تحديد سلوك واهداف ومتطلبات العملاء داخل البيئة والسوق المحيط

• تصنيف العملاء لتحديد واستهداف الفرص والترشيحات البيعية المناسبة

اخصائى تمويل

• اجتذاب عملاء جدد وتحقيق المستهدف من محفة المشروعات متناهية الصغر

• الاستعلام الجيد عن العملاء قبل زيارتهم بغرض المعرفة الجيدة عن سمعة وشهرة العميل

• تقييم العميل من ناحية قيمة القرض الذى يستحقه (القادر على سداده مع الاخذ في الاعتبار طبيعة عمله ) وذلك بغرض عدم دخول العميل لمرحلة التعثر وعدم سداد المستحق عليه من اقسط متأخرة

• زيارة العملاء المتأخرين لحثهم على سداد الأقساط المتأخرة وفى حالة عدم السداد يتم اعداد تقرير بأسباب التأخير ورفعه للرئيس المباشر

• القيام بعمل استعلام جديد للقرض المجدد وبغرض تحديث حالة العميل من تعديل او حذف اى بيانات قديمة واضافة اى بيانات جديدة ومراجعة بيانات الضامن

• متابعة العملاء شهريا للتأكد من سدادهم للأقساط المستحقة عليهم تجنبا لدخولهم مرحلة التعثر .

• تحديد سلوك واهداف ومتطلبات العملاء داخل البيئة والسوق المحيط

• تصنيف العملاء لتحديد واستهداف الفرص والترشيحات البيعية المناسبة

• Examine cash and process rejected cash as per P&Ps.

• Process daily cash requests received and prepare cash needed according to P&Ps.

• Conduct physical cash count prior to transportation/ shipment as per P&Ps.

• Execute related transactions on system.

• Handle and process all inquiries, cases and amendments related to pending transactions and ensure all are resolved prior to execution.

• Ensure that all transactions are completed within the time limit.

• Compliance performance in line with AB Code of Conducts as well as AB P&Ps and Local Laws and Regulations.

Job Requirements

• University degree in Commerce

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Cash Operations.

Competences

• Good in English and Arabic.

Participate in the completion of assigned audit engagements, assist in addressing any potential risks, delivering audit services in a timely and effective manner as well as communicate with the Senior Auditor any raised issues in order to improve and enhance the overall operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

Audit Engagements’ Execution

• Participate in the fieldwork phase of assigned audit engagements through:

• Performing assigned tasks within the boundaries of time and quality

• Delivering audit services and furnish raised issues to the line management

• Gather different W/P and evidences required to support his/her raised issue and deliver them to the Team Head for review

• Provide recommendations to help in the improvement of Internal Control and driving greater risk awareness

• Participate in theissuance of final audit report by:

• Assisting in delivering audit services and furnishing initial audit report to the line management

• Providing recommendations to help in the improvement of Internal Control and driving greater risk awareness

• Assist in the preparation of the final audit report to be presented to his/her line management

• Assist in the preparation of the relevant reports following each audit assignment

• Update the permanent file after conducting the engagement

• Deliver that Audit working papers to assigned secretary for safe keeping

Training & Continuous Education

• Understand the nature of business in the different areas of the bank in order to be ready for any future audit engagements

• Obtain the required professional certification in the IA profession.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree of Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, economics, statistics or its equivalent.

• Post graduate specialized certificates or studies in the fields of internal audit or Accounting would be an asset (CPA – CIA – CBA – CISA)

• 0 - 3 years of experience

• Fluent spoken and written English and Arabic languages.
